              Information regarding promotion from  JWM to AWM is appended below for information to all concerned please.

(1). DPC for promotion from JWM to AWM: After returning of DPC proposal of OFB by UPSC to MOD , Matter was taken up with OFB to take up the case with MOD/UPSC/DOP&T.  OFB has send its DO Letter to MOD requesting to take up the case with DOP&T and UPSC. NEHQ has also taken up the case with MOD & DOPT for early action as follows:

1. Case has been discussed with various MOD Officials over telephone and request has been made to take suitable steps to sort out the problem at the earliest.

2. Our representation No: IOFGOA/NEHQ/SAF/2014 dated 06/01/2014 has been sent to DGOF & Chairman/OFB  stating the grievances with request to take suitable action to sort out the problem and to take up  with MOD, UPSC & DOP&T.  Copy of the same  is enclosed here with as ANNEXURE-1.

3. Our representation No: IOFGOA/NEHQ/SAF/2014 dated 08/01/2014 has been sent to JS/P&C, DDP, MOD stating the grievances with request to intervene in the issue for early solutions. Copy of the same  is enclosed here with as ANNEXURE-2.

4. Our representation No: IOFGOA/NEHQ/SAF/2014 dated 09/01/2014 has been sent to Secretary(DP), MOD stating the grievances with request to intervene in the issue for early solutions. Copy of the same  is enclosed here with as ANNEXURE-3.

5. Our representation No: IOFGOA/NEHQ/SAF/2014 dated 10/01/2014 has been sent to Secretary/PPG&P stating the grievances with request to intervene in the issue for early solutions. Copy of the same  is enclosed here with as ANNEXURE-4.

6. Request for appointment has been sent to JS/P&C, DDP, MOD and Secretary (DP) for meeting on this issue.

7. The case has been referred to GS/CDRA also for further taking up with MOD and DOP&T.

8. Our office bearers are planning to visit OFB, MOD & DOP&T very soon to discuss the issue in person.
